My home birth kits have been intentionally curated with the mother in mind. I know how overwhelming it can be in your final weeks gathering all the pieces and wondering what you’ve forgotten. My home birth kit removes the hassle and allows you to focus on slowness and rest.
As a birth doula, I respect the simplicity & self sufficiency of birth. However through the many home births I have supported, I have developed a really good understanding of what women enjoy having in their space and items that have been helpful to have on hand.

A blend of shakti mat and crystal sound healing.

What is a shakti mat?
The Shakti Mat works on the simple principle of acupressure - When you lie down on the bed, its 6,210 massage points apply a steady pressure to your neck, shoulders & back, making for a deep acupressure experience. By stimulating and increasing your circulation you relieve muscle tension and pain, while at the same time rejuvenating and rebalancing the whole body.
